This is the game Land Quest written for use with the TeleFun BBS program.
The game is a simple battle for plots of land. Installation and setup are
quite easy.
Setting Up:
----------
1. Create a directory in your DOORS directory called LandQuest.
2. Copy the LandQuest and LandQuestInit files to the LandQuest directory.
3. Run the LandQuestInit program. You can set up the various games from
here. You have the option of creating an individual game or all ten games.
Once you have all ten games set up you are ready to ply.
Running with TeleFun BBS:
------------------------
To use this game with TeleFun BBS you must add three lines to the Door.games
file located within the main BBS directory. The three lines will look like
this:

DOORS:LandQuest/LandQuest
The first line is the number of the game. The second line is the name of the
game. The third line is the exact path to run the game.
Other Stuff:

The game is just in its simple stages now. More will be added to it as time
goes on. Refer to the Version List below for more details. Registration of
this game is $20 (Canadian or US). All registered users are entitled to all
revisions of this game. All revisions can be downloaded from The Black Box
BBS (home of TeleFun BBS). Any payment can be sent to:

Version 1.00 - December 16, 1993
- initial trials.
Version 1.01 - December 21, 1993
- some major bug swatting and mods. Now ready for release.
Version 1.02 - December 22, 1993
- if attacking a plot that for some reason is empty, attacker
now wins that plot by default.
- fixed small bug when doing multiple plot selection when first
entering a game.
Version 1.03 - December 23, 1993
- fixed up moving armies when player quits.
- added news file capability. A news line is written to disk
when a player enters a game and also when attacking another
player. The option to read the news file comes up whenever
entering a game.
Version 1.04 - December 26, 1993
- did some fixes in the attacking end of things.
- started getting the colors working properly.
Version 1.05 - December 29, 1993
- some minor bug squashes.
Version 1.06 - January 1, 1994
- fixed more minor bugs.
- added player's number and name on map screen so Sysop knows
who is playing.
Version 1.07 - January 18, 1994
- fixed small problem of player's name being shown on screen.
